South River Drive

Hi! Me and my roommate (22 and 25) are looking for someone, female preferred, to come in ASAP within the next week, as the one who moved in didn’t work out. First and last month’s rent is due as soon as you come.

We are only a few miles away from ASU and about a 5 minute drive away from Tempe Marketplace. We are near the highway, the lightrail, and have a bus route nearby.

The room that’s available is the upstairs master bedroom. It has a bathroom, a large window, and a skylight. There’s a kitchen, furnished living room, and a front yard. We have one covered parking spot that’s first come first serve every day between roommates, but uncovered parking is always available on the lot. Dogs are not allowed, and my cat /cannot/ be with other cats. Smoking is outside only, and we have in-unit washer and drier.

Rent is $491 per month per person. All utilities are split equally and vary on the season: per person: $33 for internet, $11-30 for water, $33-70 for SRP. Rent is due the first of every month, for the up coming month, so rent would be needed immediately. The lease renewals are currently in progress (renewing officially in August), and I will be staying for the next year at least. The rent will be about 502$ then.
