Hi y’all! My s/o, roommate and I are looking for someone who is clean and responsible to move into the spare room in our 3/2 in Greenacres. The room is decently sized and you will share a bathroom with our other female roommate. She is very sweet, very clean and she’s not home very often.

We keep our home very clean! We have two big dogs, Arya & Kairi, one is a Rottweiler and one is a pitbull. Both are super friendly but my Rottweiler isn’t overly thrilled with kids. We do have some house rules but for the most part, it’s just common sense. Clean up after yourself, do your dishes, etc and you must follow the rules that we have set up for our dogs which we will talk about upon meeting you!

You’ll have full range of the house, we do have washer/dryer in our house, large kitchen and nice living area. We are 4/20 friendly, we usually cook and have leftovers to share. We also do fun little movie nights usually every weekend and stuff too.

Ultimately, we just want a peaceful roommate to move in. No drama.

Move in date is April 10th. Rent is $600, all utilities included (with WiFi as well) We are asking for 1st months rent and a security deposit of $450 up front, and we will have a sublease agreement for you to sign!
