[Looking for 1 roommate to share a 3B1b close to Temple]

Hi there! I got a 3rd floor 3B1b apartment that is 3 min walk west to the south end of the Temple campus. Its features include

1. great natural lighting for every single room in the unit
2. ample common area
3. decent safety: well within Temple’s patrol zone
4. laundry access (basement)
5. closeness of Temple campus, Broad St, public transportation, and grocery store
6. immediate move-in ok

I am looking for ONE respectful, responsible, communicative and cordial roommate (senior undergraduate, professional or mature preferred), leaving the extra room as an office for both of us. The total rent is 1250, and I pay 650 for the larger room, leaving your monthly rent at only 600.

I am the only person you are going to share the unit with, so here is something about me: I am starting to attend graduate school and doing neuroscience research at Temple this fall. I love to have intellectually interesting conversations with people but still consider myself an introvert most of the time, quiet, friendly and neat. Other than my research, I love music: I listen to a wide range of genres (classical, metal, rock, vintage pop, folk classical, and learning about jazz recently), picking up and training on various singing techniques (rest assured that I always dial it down to a minimum at home) and would love to explore the live music scene in Philly. I am also excited to get on the ride of history, architecture and art in Philly. Additionally, I run/work out and meditate regularly.
