I am finishing up my last semester at SCUHS, so I am moving out of Valentia Apartments OC (valentiaapartments.com). I payed around $40/month for all the bills and amenities including wifi throughout my time here. Large Master Bedroom with own private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Also includes your own private garage parking. 2 roommates (male and female) are in their 20s and are clean, quiet, and studious chiropractic students at SCUHS (3 minute drive away). Valentia is a brand new resort-style apartment complex (around 2 years old) and offers air conditioned rooms, large pool and hot tub, full-sized gym and yoga room, many BBQ’s, Ping Pong tables, pool table, Xbox, Computer room, Study room etc… The area is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centres.
