Rent is $725 plus utilities which are between $60 and $100 depending on the season.

About the apartment: Gut renovated garden unit that gets plenty of natural sunlight. Completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Porcelain tile floors made to look like grey hardwood! Dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. Apartment is furnished but Over the coming weeks we will be changing out furniture and purchasing new artwork as well so if you have things we are open to including it.

About the room ROUGHLY 12’x9x fits queen bed and plenty of room for other furniture. Room will be unfurnished. Has the largest closet in the apartment which is about 9’ wide by 1.5’ deep. Room is directly across the hall from the bathroom. Photos of bedroom were taken without any internal lights on so you can see how much natural sunlight the room gets!

Current roommates: Both mid-late twenties gay males. Both in school full time and both work in service industry. Both out of the house often. On weekends we both go out in Boystown and occasionally have people over for dinner. During the week we are both pretty quiet either in our rooms or watching tv in the living room.

What we seek in a roommate: Someone that is very clean and personable. Active lifestyle that works regularly and isn’t home 24/7. We don’t have to be best friends but someone that wants to watch a movie or grab a drink occasionally would be nice. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
