The rent is $850 per month including utilities (water, gas, trash, power, basic WiFi) except for cable. If you want Direct Tv Then that would be your extra cost. Full Kitchen/House Privileges. The home is located at Date Palm Country Club in Cathedral City. Amenities include 3 pools, 3 jacuzzi, saunas, a gym, library, tennis courts, dog park, dog run, on-site restaurant and bar with entertainment nightly, a great club house with activities throughout the month., a pavilion which has brand new pool tables and ping pong tables, all inclusive except for golf. You can buy a pass if you re a golfer. Also a small dog is ok. You Should be around 40 years old to live in this 55+ park (owner (me) needs to be 55)
