Congress and Ben White Blvd. The room is 14.5 x 10.25 ft plus walk in closet (4ft x 5ft.) and private bathroom/shower. Asking $700/mo + utilities. Washer/Dryer included. Gas Stove. Firepit out back. Community Garden.

We are a mid-20-something couple who both work at tech companies downtown (regular 7am-6pm schedules M-F). We love growing plants, hosting dinner parties/game nights as well as having a good night in with a movie and late-night snacks. We like to keep the house a clean and welcoming environment where we can relax and unwind. We re dog people . We don t have a dog, but welcome a dawg owner roommie.
