About the room
It is a nice and quite1B1B apartment in a 2B2B unit, coming with a private bathroom and one designated parking spot in an automatic gated parking garage. The bedroom enjoys a nice pool view surrounded by a garden, woods, and a nice lake. Pools, SPA, and BBQ places are provided. All the furniture in the images is provided including a queen-sized bed and a comfortable mattress. The kitchen and all cookware are included and well-prepared. The balcony is prepared with a rowing machine ready for your workout.
The ideal roommate will be quiet, clean, no party, no smoking, respectful, and no pets.
The apartment is located at a quiet place in La Habra in woods and a nice lake in Orange County, Disneyland, Knott’s, Brea, Anaheim, and Rowland Heights. It is a great choice for you if you are a student or working around the Orange County area.
The contract will be at least 6 months and the process will include a background check. The utilities are separated between the two rooms.
About the roomies
There is no current roommates for now, therefore I am looking forward to having one.
