I am looking for 2 Female roommates, non smokers, no pets allowed. (Unless it is a service animal and must have papers) I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home, ( you will have your own room but will share a bathroom) We have a community lake, and a community pool that we can use. I have a Livingroom/reading room, den/TV room, kitchen has dining room in it. Laundry room off of kitchen. Big front porch which I will be putting up porch swing Rent will be $500.00 per month due on the 1st of each month, and I will pro rate first month or you can move in on the first, that will be up to you. Rent includes all utilities including Dish network (which I will have installed in your room if you have a TV in there) Netflix included, Hulu, and WiFi. if interested just let me know and we can get together and I can show you both rooms.
