1 Private Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom house. Shared Bathroom with another male tenant. Master Bedroom is where I the homeowner lives. All utilities are included which includes Fiber Internet. Room is can be furnished with a bed or not. No Couples, Kids or Pets. I have my daughter every other weekend so require someone understanding of that. $900 deposit and first month due upon move in.

I am 33yo Single Dad who has my daughter over every other weekend. I am pretty active and like to rock climb, play soccer, hit the gym and run. I usually spend my time out around Midtown and come back on evenings on the weekends. I cook occasionally and am out of the house T-F. I am pretty easy going but respectful, honest, and expect the same.
