Easy to get to all major highways, and convenient for Villanova students(I will be attending Villanova in the fall for my grad degree). There’s lots of space and a small backyard with a deck, and parking is right out front. In need of a respectful roommate, male or female. Roommate will have access to the entire 2nd floor and have their own bathroom.
