This charming mother-in-law suite is used as an Airbnb and is located in the heart of Davis Shore in downtown St Augustine, Florida. A short walking distance to the Bridge of Lions, Flagler University, downtown St. Augustine, bars, restaurants, local attractions, and a short drive to the local beaches. The suite features a kitchenette, private bathroom, private parking, a completely fenced backyard, an independent AC Unit, and a private entrance. It is furnished. The suite is separated from the main house, and no one can access your suite. However, you will also have access to the entire kitchen, laundry, and living space areas inside the main house. The suite will be available on October 1st, 2024. We accept pets with an initial non-refundable fee and a monthly fee. We also accept couples.
All occupants need to complete a background check.
PAYMENTS: It can be a Month-to-Month contract or longer. The first month and security deposit are required to separate the payments. We do not accept partial or half-rent payments.
The property has security cameras 24/7 outside of the property. Yard maintenance is included with the rent. Parking spots available (you will have a designated private parking spot for one vehicle located behind the property). Utilities are not included, and it is divided between all the tenants (roughly around $70 -$ 100 for internet, water, and electricity).
Income: Applicant(s) may provide recent pay stub(s). If the applicant is self-employed, the most recent tax returns, the most recent checking account statements showing income deposits, or statements from a CPA must be provided. Applicant must have no lease violations requiring legal notice. Criminal History: A criminal records background check will be obtained on every applicant. Specific felony or serious misdemeanor convictions may disqualify the tenants. Eviction/Broken lease: Applicant must not have been evicted or moved out without notice from any residence within the past five (5) years. Proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, employment letters), and driverโs license or state-issued I.D. is acceptable.
