I have a large room available to rent for $650/mo all inclusive of utilities. Room is unfurnished; for an idea on space, it previously had a queen sized bed, vanity, desk and still had room to spare. Room has a long closet and access to side attic for lots of personal storage. Room is located on the second floor along with private bath. I occupy the master suite on the main floor and I use the second upstairs bedroom as my game room/cosplay workspace, but I’m a quiet gamer and not the screaming gamer type. House is located in NE Durham, not far from Kings on E Club with easy access to 85 and 70. Also an easy drive to downtown and a straight shot down Club to 9th St and Duke.

Mild allergy to cats and dogs but ok with breeds that don’t shed much, for instance previous roommate had a Russian Blue mix and it didn’t bother me at all. Not ok with smoking or drugs in the house; I don’t really care what things you may put in your own body, that’s your business, I just prefer it not to be in my house. Alcohol on the other hand I’m fine with. LGBTQ friendly, past 2 roommates can attest. I’m more interested in finding the right fit than just filling the room as quick as possible, so tell me about yourself and we might arrange to meet to discuss more.
