I am in mid 40s and I am the owner/landlord and have one of the rooms. Currently I am a retired military nurse :due to stroke I can longer work I have pets and yours are welcome here also. Couples extra weekly. GrandChildren are welcome to visit and parents of children’s that get their kids on shared custody are welcome and I have a dog but I live in back . Will consider one small child and all pets are welcome but there is a $100 pet deposit. That’s pet animal.. And it’s non refundable the main deposit is$300 for the rooms and$350 for studio.. there is only one main rule of the house .. .. that is. NO ONE., repeat.. no one GOES IN ANYONE ELSE’S ROOM FOR ANY REASON! Without the prior knowledge and Concent!;;
