I have a room for rent in a great community called Forest Ridge. Its located about one block south of 595 on Pine Island Rd. Minutes away from Restaurants and Entertainment areas. Close to the Nova University and Broward Community College. The community has private entrance with security video surveillance. Community pool/tennis/basketball are also right around the corner.

Now in regards to the home it has a private bath room and room the home is built for the internet of things. All utilities are includes in the rental there is no cable but the home has Gigabit internet speeds. Looking for a responsible room mate and if interested the back ground and credit check can be also be done through the web portal.

I am a professional who works most of the day. I have a miniature poodle On my time off I like to hit the movies go to the local bars or music events. I am also a PC gamer and all around enjoy company.
