1 Bedroom Available in a 4 bed 2 bath home. Room can be furnished or unfurnished at your request. Shared bathroom with one other female currently. In-home washer/dryer. Long Driveway and Street parking available. 10 min drive to Naval Station Norfolk. All utilities (electricity, water, internet) are included. Home security cameras installed. $700 rent per month, month-to-month or 6-month lease with $350 security deposit.

There is one other female you will be sharing a bathroom with as I live on the other side of the home. Entire home will be shared with the two of us. We mostly work throughout the week, when off I tend to the home as she cooks or rests. I have pet birds so no other pets are allowed for their safety sadly.
