I’m looking for a roommate who wants to live around Edgewood, just on the border of Inman Park.There’s a wrap around deck with a garden and a separate area for entertaining. My favorite thing about this property, however, is the location!

It’s close to bars, restaurants of many kinds, coffee shops, Krog Street Market, and is in between two MARTA stops!

The room has a cool mural and exposed brick along with a ceiling fan. If the mural is too much, I can cover it with white contact paper! It also comes with a bedside table and a matching dresser. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, too! The entire apartment has at least one wall of exposed brick in each room.

Parking in the complex can be a little bit complicated, and while it is workable it is better for someone who bikes or uses public transportation.

I’m a 24 year old creative with a cat and a kitten. I’m pretty down to earth, tidy and friendly, but also need some time to myself. Some of my hobbies include walking, reading and gardening.

I’d like to live with someone closer to my own age.
