This is a beautiful, non-smoking home that I will soon own and am looking out for roommates to share this gorgeous home with me. It sits on a 2700 sq new construction and I am in the process of designing it “Creme de la creme”. It has ornate decor and princely artwork coupled with large walk in closets, big back yard, double vanity sink with a stunning jacuzzi in the master bedroom, high ceiling, lots of space, and it’s absolutely breathtaking.

You will have your own furnished room and bathroom for room #2 or a shared bathroom if you choose to select rooms 3 or 4.

I am looking out for roommates who are focused in life, will pay their bills on time, no drama, and got their act together. No smoking, no drugs, no extensive stay at home, no humping ( LOL !!! that’s right) and must have a job to go to with a tangible proof of income. Character is everything and will work with those that truly possess it.

Yes we shall party the right way and we will have a blast!!! About Me: I am a Director/Lead designer for a elearning company and love to meet new people, experience new cultures and celebrate life together.

Best Fitted: This home will work best for all working professionals that are millenials with clean habits, right spirit and a positive energy. A positive energy and a “Can Do” attitude is everything. If you work in any of the following business areas of focus this will be a terrific fit: entrepreneurs, fashion designers, art curators, app designers, social media managers, success coaches, T 25 beach body fitness coaches, etc… You will have the opportunity to try my cuisine and participate in networking events some Fridays at the property. You will need to pass a 360 degree personality assessment and a background check.

Will Never Fit: It will absolutely NOT work for sloppy, unclean, delirious, luciferious fakes, ill-mannered, and characterless brain farts. It will NOT fit negative energy, devious and dubious personalities, full of lies and manipulative people, rebels of all kinds or colors with ulterior motives and misleading intentions. If you smell like weed and when you open your mouth it stinks like a 6 year old “untouched garbage can” (all colors) then this will not work for you. The right heart coupled with the right attitude and character is an absolute requirement.
