The room is located in a 4 bedroom townhouse.Very friendly community with a pool.no gym.Lots of parking.Only 25 minutes to Tampa.everything you need is within a 10 mile area.brandnew carpet.very quiet here.I keep the air conditioning at 68 degrees.Hate the heat.lol.you will have wifi.I have prime, Netflix,Hulu and Disney that you will have access to.No pictures yet as the old renters are moving out .

I am the 52 year old male owner.I am a veteran who works alot.I work 5 to 6 days a week night shift so we don’t see a lot of eachother but I am available anytime to ask questions or concerns.There is another 32 year old man that stays in room downstairs.Very quiet,doesn’t come out much but to cook and work and watch UFC!.
