Duplex is located within walking distance to trails in Landa Park, it is a very quiet neighborhood. Must be pet friendly as I do have two dogs. Washer and dryer will be available for your use. Everything is furnished except for the room. Although if needed there is a twin bedroom set in there. Large back yard and a shed for storage.

A little about me: I am pretty much a homebody, I work full-time and come home. I am also taking online classes and would prefer to keep noise levels down (not partying all night, every night). I respect others and their property and would expect the same. I am very easy going and although I may sound boring, I love to have fun. Must be a dog lover.
