Quiet and close by to area for shopping and convenience, Cul-de-Sac advantage, no traffic other than residents. An application/booking fee $50 application fee covers criminal background screening. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $800 before you move in, the security deposit is fully refundable. The apartment includes: living, kitchen, 1 master bedroom, 1 child/office/guest room, 1 bath, and 1 common storage room (15x8 storage room). Plenty of space for cloths with walking closets (in room and outside).
This house is best suited for a small family or a couple, respectful, clean/tidy, non-smoking, who would also enjoy a house share and private room / bath. Recycling, and being conscious of eco footprint is a bonus.
