450$ deposit. 475$ montly rent, flexible with lease, ideally one year lease. Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom duplex. Landlord lives on bottom floor and is very patient and does not mind noise. Very peaceful neighborhood. Rent includes wifii, laundry(in basement, no coin) water. We will be splitting Gas and electricity. There is a possible option of parking for 30 dollars a month in the garage. 2 minutes drive from 290 and walking distance from blue line forest park/Harlem stop. Aldi 1.6 miles away Trader Joe’s/whole foods/target 1 mile away Jewels/tonys 1.8 miles. I am searching for a clean responsible, chill, kind, roommate. Not looking to be best buds but good energy is needed. I keep my space clean so I need a clean roommate. This means the common room area is always clean and you also put things where they belong. If you are not organized and just keep stuff all over the place this will not work. If you do not clean up after yourself (wipe surfaces of crumbs when cooking, clean stove when you cook, sweep, keep common areas clean) and basically just clean after yourself this is not the place for you. My old roommate and I had a schedule to take out garbage and recycling and to clean the bathroom. I would like to continue this schedule. I am pretty chill, this apartment is 420 friendly. I work an 8-4pm job mon-Friday. Ideally my future roommate works nights. I have friends/ family over on some occasions once a month at least. Ocassionaly a friend will spend the Night. I am big on communicating and make sure my roommate knows of my plans that involve our home. Even if they are last minute plans. I appreciate the same communication. I play music/instruments and on ocassion (2× a month) have friends over to play thankfully my landlord doesn’t mind noise. Therefore you must be alright with music and noise on occasion.
