Eastbrook Avenue

I own this house and am renting out my spare bedroom.

I’m a 37 year old male. I spend my time playing video games, hanging out with my two dogs, (German Shepard, Husky Mix) working on the house, and working out. I work 40 hours a week, commuting for about an hour both ways. I prefer to be at home and spend most of my free time around the house.

The neighborhood is suburban, with good neighbors and quiet.

I do not drink alcohol and prefer someone who also does not drink. (or do it away from home) In a roommate, I am just trying to find someone who I vibe with and we are compatible living with each other.
