Comfortable room in a houseshare. The room is 150 square feet, has its own heating and brand new windows. You’ll have access to shared areas of the house including living room, big kitchen, backyard to garden or lounge, basement rec room, and laundry.

I am a queer man, and love to have other queer people in the houseshare. Most roomates have been cis-men, but we have happily had all types, if you are comfortable living with cis-men (I know, we are gross) then don’t hesitate to inquire.

I work in environmental permitting. I am the landlord and live on site. Dont worry about broken appliances, leaks, or unexpected emergencies because as a resident, I want those things fixed right away. Another tenant is a Teacher and a writer. Another tenant works retail nearby.
