⭕️Winter Park’s Historic District🏡 ⭕️1 year lease begins June 1st🌞 ⭕️Master Bedroom: $545/month (includes renters insurance & WiFi) + utilities! 💸🔧🚿🚽 ⭕️Washer & Dryer unit separate (literally one step away from the apt!) ⭕️Live 5 mins from Rollins⚓️ ⭕️We’re🌿plant lovers! ⭕️Farmers Market every Sat on our street!🥬🥕🧀 ⭕️We are eco friendly 🦂compost & recycle amongst other things (because of Hailey our other roommate who is literally the nicest person ever 🌎) ⭕️One shared bathroom🚿 ⭕️All rooms except yours are furnished🛋🖼 ⭕️Property is managed by Owens Realty (includes apartment repairs, spraying for bugs, fire alarm check etc. free of charge)
📝Roommate Expectations📝 ❌No Pets ❌We are NOT 420 or 🚬 cigarette friendly ⭕️ We expect professional and timely payment of rent and other expenses (I will Venmo you every month) ⭕️ We expect a certain level of cleanliness within the common areas of the apartment🧹 ⭕️ A communal approach to purchasing household supplies (dishwashing supplies, trash bags🗑, toilet paper🧻, etc.)
*Women only :) There will be a total of 3 roommates. You may need a co-signer, and must go through application/background check. 1st month’s rent & a refundable security deposit (equal to the first months rent). I take care of paying all of the bills for us.. like writing the checks 🤓
