Shared house within walking distance of Old Town Monterey and the beach! Fully furnished - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, living room, kitchen, and paved backyard. Some utilities are included in the rent and parking is free. Non-smoking property (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana).

Your roommates will be two professional women in their 30s. We are both clean and good communicators, with steady incomes and clean background checks. We’re early to bed/early to rise and have various activities that get us out of the house here and there. We enjoy community time (roommates and guests) but enjoy our introvert alone time, too.
