Hi there ! This is a beautiful property that I am moving into September 1st! It is definitely too big of a space for me to be there just by myself !

There are 3 rooms that are up for grabs for 1300 each. You would choose which one you like best and get your own bathroom. First , last and security deposit up front.

Please reach out if you’re interested ! The move in date can be negotiated to October 1st if necessary. 1 year lease is ideal , but a month to month lease can also be negotiated.

A little about me- I am a bartender in the local area and also am in the army national guard part time . I play piano and guitar (not very good at either lol) I love all things music , karaoke, nature , spending time with friends , all the typical stuff haha. If you’re an astrology girlie - I’m a Libra 🧐😁lol . I also have a little bit of eccentric/retro decorating style but will make sure I fairly share the common areas in terms of style & decor. I most recently lived by myself , but have a ton of experience living with roommates and knowing how to share , accommodate others , and avoid conflict. I am very easy to get along with - my goal is to avoid conflicts and issues and am a very forgiving and respectful person. I understand that living with a complete stranger can be scary but I want to say that I would do everything in my power to make someone I live with feel comfortable and welcome , and hope that they would do the same :)

It’s important to know I have a small black cat , hopefully you don’t mind that . I am very open to accepting a roommate who also has cats but unfortunately probably not dogs because I believe that may conflict with my cat. I am willing to make an exception if your dog and my cat were to meet beforehand and get along miraculously…. (I guess it depends on the dog breed too) But just throwing it out there that having a dog most likely will conflict / not work out .
