Oak Ridge Drive

We have a room for rent in our 4 bed 2 bath Roseville house. Room size 10’ by 11’, closet size 3’ by 7’. Rent is $650 plus utilities (usually around $70 to 90). Room is only for single occupant with no pets. Move-in requires background & credit check fee of $35, first month, and last month rent (as deposit). Deposit is fully refundable as long as the room and bathroom are returned in clean condition. Room is available February 1st.

Bathroom is shared with 1 other person and the occasional guest. We have high speed internet. You would share a refrigerator with our other roommate. Washer and dryer in the garage. We have a fully stocked kitchen that you will have access to (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher), all we ask is that you clean up after yourself. Your room is your own business, but we ask that you clean up after yourself in the common areas. We don’t mind occasional guests, but we aren’t trying to have a ton of foot traffic day in day out, especially during the week.

The house is in a very central location,2 minutes from I-80, less than 10 minutes to galleria mall, multiple grocery stores right around the corner, Maidu park minutes away, and 20 minutes to downtown Sacramento.

Currently 3 of us live here, me, bf, other roommate, well and our puppy. 2 of us are working professionals and my bf is going to school studying pharmaceutical chemistry. That being the case it tends to be pretty quiet during the week. Very laid back environment at the house. We are all around 30, probably ideal situation for someone around similar age.
