About the room
Hi, we are 3 females (mid 20s-early 30s) looking for a female (in the same age range) to rent the open room. Rent is $950, plus another $50ish for utilities. You would be sharing the bathroom, everything is newly upgraded. We are looking for someone that is clean, responsible and respectful. We are not a party house, but occasional guests is fine. We do have a dog but no other pets please. Looking for someone to move in July 1.
