Im renting a room 900 per month with a 900 deposit this includes utilities and internet. The apartment is newly renovated and has all new appliances, and in unit laundry. It’s a great peaceful neighborhood, there’s a park across the street and it’s a quick commute into the City. There’s a lot of cool places to eat and drink nearby. I do have a dog, he’s a mini golden doodle. He’s hypoallergenic, so he doesn’t shed. He’s in the living room while I’m at work.
