Apartment has AC unit in living room but I also have an additional window unit you may use in your room. Heat included in rent, wifi/cable tv and electricity bill to be split. Open living room and kitchen plan. Big windows allow for much sunlight. Unit is in back of building far from the street. Windows have good sound proofing. Neighbors are quiet. Available bedroom has one window overlooking a wooded area. Available bedroom also has walk in closet.

About me: I am finishing grad school and working full time as a high school history teacher. I have two lovely cats. I am an easy going, friendly and liberally minded man. I like music, cooking, books, art and movies. Open to either a more social living arrangement (share groceries and cooking meals) or someone who is quiet and just wants their own space.
