About the room
The apartment is located next to a Brazilian supermarket, IHop, dollar general, a brazilian restaurant and bakery. There is also a pool, the house is always cold (unless it’s cold outside, we open the patio). Just bring your own food and make your own food.
About the roomies
NEW UPDATE: Roomie has to be a male, no females please. Friendly, pay Bills on time and likes dogs as we have a dog. NO HARD DRUGS WHATSOEVER, NO VISITORS, NO SLEEPOVERS, NO PARTIES, AND DEFINITELY NO ALCOHOLIC’S. Social drinking is okay, like on special occassions but NOT EVERYDAY from morning to night or even over 3 days a week is excessive. Keep it to a minimum please and thank you.
