Pin-Oak Drive

A coder who likes to climb, do yoga, and make music. The house is fully furnished besides one open bedroom. There is a second room used as an office with recording studio and industrial sized desk. You would have full access to the office, music recording studio and instruments, and the designated section of the living room for fitness training complete with various yoga props, a hang board/pull up bar, and a full size gym mirror for proper alignment or outfit checks. The asking price for month to month is $1150 flat rate. This includes wifi, cable, electricity, gas, water, etc. Price is negotiable if willing to stay for at least 6 month period. The house is kept clean and that is an expectation but also not taken too seriously. I live with one very sweet cat named Susan.
