Hello, DO NOT currently live in a 2 bedroom. I’m currently living in a one bedroom at Eight80 Newport Beach. Looking to pair up with a like-minded professional to split the double master 2 bedrooms available here. All of their two bedrooms are double masters and range from 2100-2300 a month. Looking to split rent and utilities evenly. The units are similar to the one bedroom floorplan I’m currently in until my lease ends in two weeks, except with an extra master bedroom on the opposite site of the apartment. You’re welcome to come by and see my unit to get a better idea if interested. I’m hoping to stay in the building after my lease ends by moving into a two bedroom with a fellow, like-minded roommate. Will be happy to even recommend a great unit/floorplan availability (location, quietness, spacious) from experience living here.

I’ve lived here for 14 months, so I’m already familiar the complex and floor plans, and enjoy the fact that each two bedroom is designed for two independent working professionals, with great gym, pool, tennis, basketball, shared office, and pet amenities. I’ll be available to move in on April 7th, and will split rent and utilities with my roommate down the middle. Open to discussing arrangements for sublease or unit preference, or potentially a similar rental opportunity in the area.
