Larsh Drive

My name is Dan and I am renting out two rooms in my house. They are both on the main level with a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. My bedroom is in the basement along with the other living room, bathroom, and the laundry room. The covered back patio and firepit are a nice touch. There is some storage in the garage available, but not for vehicles. I’m a laid back dude that works in the bar scene downtown. I enjoy a good BBQ and hiking as well as most outdoor activities. I don’t party hard at the house, but get togethers are welcome. Please do not apply of you do not already live in Denver and have at a minimum 6 months work history and provable income in the area.

I would like to share this home with clean and respectful people. I would also like to rent with people without pets and I do not smoke tobacco so that would have to be done outside and it’s not preferred.
