Flood Avenue

I’m a single male, 50’s, seeking a compatible, quiet type who would like to rent a 150 sq ft room in my small home. The room is on the lower/garage level, and is not a sunny room, but does have a window that looks out to the backyard, which is rather wild right now. With the room, you can share the kitchen (which is upstairs), the deck off the kitchen, the yard, the washer and dryer, and some of the garage space. The kitchen is spacious, neat, and clean, and there is drawer and cupboard space available for you. (Small items—e.g. cookware, small appliances, utensils, containers—are not part of the kitchen share.) No smoking (of any kind) and no pets please.
