Room for rent. Rent is 800$ . With a 500 deposit. Available upon credit check from leasing office. Utilities are not an issue as we deal with those. Age limit preferably 20s to early 40s please as we are in that age bracket. If requesting for more than one person (i.e. a couple) then rent would be 850. Laundry is on site as well as a pool and jacuzzi. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. All common areas are kept very clean. Cats welcome. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome with breed limitations.
