I usually just relax and unwind at home after work. No kids, no pets. No smoking ,no overnight guests, Home is a halfplex and located in quiet area.. most neighbor’s are retired. Close to BV HIGHSCHOOL, coffee shops, Trader Joe’s. Less than 1 mile to Fair Oaks Village/ American River Bike Trail.
Folsom is about 15 min drive Roseville is about 6 miles Hwy 50/Sunrise is about 15 min drive Rent is 700.00 with 350.00 security deposit. WIFI included. There is no cable TV in bedroom. Female preferred due to set up of home.
