Roommate wanted in a 3rd floor, 2-bedroom apartment for rent, located in Logan Square! This apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Logan Square blue line, and 1 mile from popular bars and restaurants. The current roommate is a mid-20-something female who works 2 jobs and enjoys workouts at Soul Cycle. She has a preference for a female who is a respectful, full time working professional in their mid to late twenties.
Bedroom dresser and nightstand available if interested, for negotiable price. Central heating, no air conditioning, dishwasher in kitchen. There is coin laundry and spacious storage in the basement. Free, non-permit street parking. The lease will be available July 1st for 1 year. A $50 fee for background check will be due with application, and a security deposit will be due at the time of lease signing. Rent will be split between you and the current roommate plus shared utilities (gas, electric and internet.) Rent will increase by $25 after 6 months.
Apartment tours available as requested. No pets allowed.
