Main cross streets are Elk Grove Florin and Calvine. Close to Kaiser South Sac. 7 mins to Costco. The home is a 2-story, 2737 sq. ft., has a swimming pool.
Unfurnished, but can be furnished. Light stove cooking, free use of microwave oven, central heat and A/C, ceiling fan with lights.
No partying, no drugs, no smoking, no illegal activities, no over night guests, no outdoor shoes in the house, no pets, no mini fridges inside rooms. No shared rooms, looking for only one per room. For long term guest over one month, will be checking for good credit, previous rental history, and proof of steady income during application process.
