Lynn's room

You’ll get a private room furnished room. There are plenty of parking on the street. We are located in North Austin right in between all 3 main highways (i-35, Research, and Mopac) so getting anywhere in town is very convenient. If you don’t have a car, public transportation is about a 10 min walk to the Metro Rapid bus. But we pretty much have restaurants and groceries very close to us. We try to keep the price relatively low considering how expensive it can get in Austin.

There are currently 6 people in the house. 5 family members and 1 roommate. It’s a jovial household and a lot of activities do happen in the common area. It’s not the type of house where you want to hang out with the roommates and chill in the living room (mostly because of language barrier). We simply give you the space to stay. I stay with the other roommate upstairs and there are 2 spare bedrooms that are vacant so you’ll have your own privacy. We don’t see each other much because of different work hours but in general, there is usually always someone in the house.
