Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, top floor apt with wood floors. Full sized bed can be included if needed. Utilities and bills are included in the rent. There is fresh water jugs delivered to this unit every couple of days as well. This room has its own restroom in the hallway right outside the bedroom door. We are a couple living together looking to rent the second room out to someone responsible and considerate. We do have a small dog that is sweet and friendly so a dog friendly person is a must. We work a lot during the week and are very quiet and considerate. We rarely have a lot of people come over unless it’s a special occasion, proper notice is given to all roommates before hand.
