The room has a queen-sized bed with a mattress, one nightstand, chest dresser and a 65“ TV which you’re more than welcome to use if you’d like. If not, it can be removed before move-in date. It has a big spacious closet with a shelf in it. Five large windows and its own large bathroom. The room is on the 1st level of the smoke-free home. The room has its own entrance, which is located on a large front porch, also included is a back deck with a beautiful view of the golf course, central air and heating. Parking will only be available for one vehicle. Guest parking will be very limited. Yes, we do have pets and highly recommend you don’t. Wawa, Dunkin, Rite Aid, Laundromat, Acme, Mcdonalds, Wendy’s, Tractor Supply ETC are all a 3-minute drive away. - Delaware Memorial Bridge 12 minutes away -Philadelphia airport 33 minutes away -Trenton train station 1 hr 8 minutes away The Deptford Mall is 30 minutes away & there’s also a Walmart 20 minutes away as well. We have the Cow Town Rodeo here which is always nice to visit. A local brewery & two bars. Nail salon, banks, bowling. It’s a great community! Very quiet. Clean. Neighbors are friendly. We have been here for several years now. The kitchen is shared, but please be mindful that time and space may be limited, and cleaning up after use is expected. The lease will be a month-to-month lease for the first 6 months to a year. With the understanding of respect of our property & belongings I am asking no overnight company for more than 3 days at a time. Utilities and Internet cost is included in the amount.

There are two women that are 40 +, younger female, and one male currently living in the home, which are all in different sections of the home. The home is usually quiet with the exception of visiting grand kids from time to time. Absolutely, no smoking in home but there is a smoke section outside that heat is provided in the winter months. Everyone cleans up after their selves, so the home stays pretty decent all of the time.
