Look, the home would still have me in it. I’m a very laid back, non-religious guy. It’s an older house, that has been rebuilt after a fire 2 years ago. It has WiFi, deck, porch, 2 full baths. But the bath upstairs would be shared with me. I’m pretty busy myself and still like to have a LOT of fun when I have time. I do have 1 cat, whose afraid of almost everything… Close to 3 highways, so hitting the road is pretty darn easy. The main TV has surround sound. There are also speakers in other rooms including the back deck. Because I already have one cat any pets would need to be discussed.

The roomie must be responsible have held his/her job for a minimum of 30 days. Must help with home upkeep. Must be at least 21. Preference over 30.
