About the room
This is the colonial grand on 68th and Thomas where I am looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1st to August 23rd when the lease expires. The property includes parking, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and 5 minutes to the downtown area (bars,clubs, and etc.) My roommate is a 23 year old male who went to USC and currently does sales at Cox.
The rent is around 650 per month excluding utilities and with utilities it comes around to 720ish a month.
