You will be sharing the home with my two adult daughters and myself. We are very clean and tidy and expect the same of our roommate. Moderate use of kitchen ok and light use of washer and dryer included.

We have two cats that live outside and do not come into the house. We have two small terrier/mixed breed dogs, both female. One is 6 and the other is 3 years old. You would need to be responsible with closing the gate so they don’t get out.

Female roommate preferred but will consider male. Could also work for parent with a small child as room can easily fit two beds.

$1150/month for one person, includes all utilities: gas, water, electric, WiFi.

First and last months’ rent due at time of signing rental agreement.
