About the room
Hi there,
It is with a heavy heart that I see myself having to leave my apartment early, but it’s for the best! This charming apartment is a true 2 bedroom, one room is large, the other one is smaller with a balcony. I’ve people making it a one bedroom with the smaller room being an office as well.
The building is well being taken care of, weekly cleaning, trash days are on point and when you need a repair, the supers are easy to reach, they come the same day or the following. Although I don’t have any pest in my apartment, there is a monthly exterminator coming.
There is a laundry room and a space to leave your bikes, and a parking spot if you have a car.
The building is right in the middle of 4 subway stops (7min walk) Morgan/ Jefferson on the L and Central/Myrtle on the J/M/Z.
And of course, tons of restaurants, bars and venues… It’s Bushwick!
One room only can also be rented rather than the entire apartment starting July 15 for $1562/month.
