Gayle's room

My house is on almost an acre of land but 5 minutes from downtown Asheville.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, has a job outside the house during the day and does not need to have people over to the house but prefers to socialize outside the house.

I recycle, compost and am careful about using utilities so the house is about 65 degrees in the winter and up to 78 degrees in the summer.

I teach yoga, love the outdoors and nature. I am considerate of whoever is renting the room and like to feel comfortable having a good conversation and also respecting time alone.

The unfurnished room has hardwood floors, is 10’ x 11’ with 2 windows and a closet. Full private bath included.

I do not like the smell of coffee so I would prefer someone who does not need to make coffee at home. Bottled coffee is fine.

• pets or kids
