We are looking for a housemate in our newly remodeled 4 Bed, 4 Bath townhouse near Santana Row (5 minute walking distance).

Currently we have 3 girls in the house, all working professionals, responsible, clean, and respectful for each other. It is a three story house- 1st floor is garage & 1Bed/1BA (occupied). 2nd floor is kitchen & 1Bed/1BA (occupied). 3rd floor is laundry room, 1 master bed (occupied) & 1 smaller master-bed (OPEN). Kitchen, living room, and laundry room are all shared.

We are looking for a housemate for a room described as below:

• 1 Smaller master-bed (has bathroom in room) on 3rd floor for $1,490/mo
• Move in date: Saturday, April 6th, 2019
• Lease will end January 31th, 2020
• Utilities: shared among all the housemates
• Parking: 2 parking spaces in garage, will be rotated among housemates every month (2 parking spaces in garage + 2 village parking passes/street parking)
• No pets
