Looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

I want you to feel like a roommate, not just a tenant. The rent is $900 each, plus about $100 for utilities each.

The condo has in-unit laundry, and we are in a gated community with a pool and jacuzzi. I love to sit on the balcony at night and watch the stars. You will have your own bathroom, and we will share all other areas like the patio, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The place is quiet and peaceful, and I usually keep it clean

A bit about me: I work as a cake decorator and attend school full-time. I’m a Christian and don’t drink or smoke. I’m open to small dogs, but unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats. I love nature and often spend my free time hiking or with family and friends.

You would be a good match if you are clean, respectful, and either a student or working full-time. It’s important that you also don’t smoke or drink. I’m pretty easygoing and value my own space, but I love to live with a close friend. Hope this work for you ❤️
